You need to tap on the target color circle in the limited time period. There is a 5 x 5 grid where you will see circle shape of different color, at the top of the screen there will be a target color circle shape. Tap on every circle having the target color.As you tap on it it will disappear.After you find all circles having same color, you will have new target color. Tap as much circle before time runs out.
After timer stops, you can see report of your gameplay, which includes

-Correctness
-Misfortune
