Nidhi was founded in 2017 by four young entrepreneurs from Osmania University.
Nidhi's first product was a crowdfunding platform for people to contribute, to loan projects in rural India, in the form micro-loans. It was the first platform in 2017 to allow individuals across the world to lend to India’s working poor.
Nidhi launched its crowdfunding product for donations in 2017 to allow anyone raise money for their personal needs and social projects.
