Frind is an app that allows you to connect with friends all around you and to organize activities with them. It is available for many smartphones. Frind uses your phone's Internet connection (4G/3G/2G/EDGE or Wi-Fi, depending on availability) to send messages, create events, and to send pings.
WHY USE FRIND:
• SIMPLE EVENT PLANNING: Are you tired of looking through endless conversations trying to find that one message that you lost and that has all the info you need? Organize your events with Frind and you'll have everything within hand's reach.
• PRIVACY: Frind introduces a new concept to find your friends:
just enable your smartphone's localization and it will be safe because you will be able to receive pings from friends that are nearby, but you can decide who will be able to see you.
• SURVEY: Are you organizing an event, but you are not sure about the date, the place, or you haven't decided everything yet? Create a basic event and send surveys to your friends.
You will be able to update the details of the event whenever you want.
• NO USERNAME OR PASSWORD: Frind works with your phone number, just like SMS, and it's perfectly integrated with your phone's address book, so you won't have more difficult login data to remember.
• ADDRESS BOOK & FACEBOOK: Your address book is used to have a fast and easy connection with your contacts that are using Frind.
You could also decide to log in with Facebook and discover which of your friends are also using the app.
• OFFLINE MESSAGES: Even if you miss notifications or if your phone turns off, Frind saves your most recent messages until the next time you use the app.

We have merged ping and events in one concept, "ping", which will serve to find new friends to do your activities or to invite those you already know
The new created ping will now be public by default, you can still choose to hide them during the creation
You can send new "text" stickers to create messages with effect fonts
