Originally I built this app to aid me in keeping my cadence constant on my basic turbo trainer, now released as others may benefit.
Just select the required start cadence and press the start button; press this button again to stop.
Press the 5bpm and -5bpm buttons to increase and decrease the metronome respectively as required.
