The app aims to enhance the travel and tourism fields by helping visitors and prospective tourists coming to a city to find the best places and catch up with different kinds of events based on the information created and provided by locals as well as sharing this valuable information between the locals themselves. Also, the app will be customized based on the user preferences to present places of interest per to the city being visited. In addition, by using an effective search engine within the app, the user can also search for places by categories, such as restaurants, hotels, malls, spas, parks and many others. Searching could be done by city or the use of other filters as needed to find the best match for the user needs. In addition, location-based context-aware recommendation system will be used to create value-added services.
