on Notification bar.
How it works:
[✔] Tap on widget to add/remove notification
[✔] Tap on notification to start/stop metering
[✔]
Monitoring can be stopped when screen is off
[✔] Mobile network is metered by default
[✔] WiFi is metered when it is connected
