1. READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE -> permission is required in order to read your media files in your primary & secondary storages.
2. WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE -> permission is required in order to rename or deletion of files.
3. INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE -> permissions are required in order to get the network status which is required for live streaming video HLS and need (http or https).
4. DRAW OVER OTHER APPS -> permission is required in play video in background.
