Softcom PrEP App

The application facilitates Client Registration and can resolve duplicate records. It allows addition of missing information about the client to be added later, e.g. if the client did not give his/her telephone number, the app allows the to add the info later on.
Users can search for the client by client‘s name, unique ID, registration point.
It includes search results that look or sound similar to the search term (fuzzy logic), particularly for names;
Client registered on one site can be able to be searched and follow up information updated from a different site.
Follow up information, when a client comes back the system can be able to enter the follow up information.
If a new indicator is added to a form or a new form is developed, the system is able to amend the changes and deploy to all the mobile devices instantly.
The system is able to know which devices are on or off and simple tracks of the devices that are currently collecting data.
Once data is collected in the field sites; daily transactional data can be relayed through an API to a central database. This is to enable the internal team to manage the data. (Monitoring indicators, SMS messaging and Analytics)
