This App gives an opportunity to every user to play an active role in collecting and reporting an event that they witness and feel that it is worth sharing with others. The process is simple: the user can report from an event live or take an image, add a short title or description and upload the same. News and events are collected by anyone, anywhere and not linked to media institutions. 
Our goal is to create a public open space where people keep each other aware of what’s happening around them as it is happening.
The App is user friendly. Simply download the app and upload photos or videos and add captions in real-time. Then share the breaking news that you have captured. The news will appear in the Uppapers news feed and will be shared via social media networks.
A panel on the top of the App displays the breaking news/ most important news almost as it is received.
This is the App that gives you the freedom to publish your news and your views.
