Use your hand eye co-ordination to allow the red circle to survive by avoiding the moving blue circles.
Move the red circle with your finger while avoiding the blue circles and the blue fence. Try to survive as long as possible.
Note, your hand may hide the blue circles from view at any given time so be warned.
