To use Albert Mobile, your district must be an Albert customer and you must be a staff member. User Name and Password are required to access the application. Security Role Rights, specific access to the Albert Mobile application and content listed below may vary from district to district.
What can you do in the app?
- View your Albert profile
- Access and create network shared folder permissions
- Add and remove printers from your district devices
- Access support through the K12itc Help Desk, Chat, and Phone
- Find easy to use documentation in the FAQs
Security features:
- All activities performed will be https encrypted and routed safely to secure Albert servers.
- Sessions will time out if inactive to prevent unauthorized access
- Excessive failed login attempts will lock a user account
- Albert Mobile will not use or transmit any sensitive personal data
