This app is here to help you in those moments when someone really needs to get to you but you don't notice the calls because of your phone being on silent or ringer. What this app does is switch your profile from silent or vibrate back to ringer based on a configuration that you have set up. You can customize many things like the number of missed calls that you need to reach before switching profiles, the time period after which a missed call is considered invalid, the contacts for which the service to activate and many others.
If you don't understand what any of the buttons or sliders do, you can always use the Help button in the app for a comprehensive explanation about what every setting does.
