Smart City Guacara is an application of the City of Guacara (Venezuela), so that their neighbors can make reports of situations in real time and directly from the street as part of open government (GA) participation, collaboration and transparency.
Our municipality offers this service as a result of the natural evolution of electronic or digital government towards what we call sGov or "government services" where the center is the city, where municipalities listen and respond in real time on a collaborative framework in network.
