This app can be used to collect patient information during medical camps.
This app is primarily for targeted audience, but if you want to use it you can do so freely.
This app uses storage permission to store PDF and CSV files on internal phone memory.
If you face app restart during PDF or CSV export try enabling storage permission for app from settings.
