With Placis you can find, save and share your favorite places! You can add details to places and rate them. Placis is free to use and we have not placed any advertisments.
The goal of Placis is to make local searches more usable and to deeply integrate interactions with POIs where possible.

*Placis is a word creation comming from the word "place" and the words of Latin derivation "in situ".
The idea of the app is to build a powerful yet useable local search client. What we call a "place" is called POI (point of interest) in some other applications.
