The food are send frozen (so we don't need to add any preservatives!) so you can heat it straight away or put it in the freezer for another day. The food is still frozen when you receive it as it is packaged in special freezer boxes with lots of ice ! What a great way to experience a new gourmet cuisine and have a night in.
