The app will vibrate and optionally play a sound at regular intervals of your choice, from the moment you press go until you press stop.
Pick a distinctive vibration pattern and, if you like, a sound that is not used for notifications by any app on your phone, set the interval, and press go. That's it. There will be no notifications to read. Just recognizable silent buzzing, and a sound if you picked one and your phone ringer is on. No need to look at your phone and risk being distracted from your work or offending your date, you know this is not a new message notification, nothing to see here, just Time Flies letting you know five more minutes have passed.
Pick a sound and turn up the volume while you're getting ready to avoid being late over your day dreaming or wardrobe indecisiveness, or keep your phone muted in your pocket to use discreetly while studying in the library or bored in class.
