Yoked is an app developed with the purpose of eliminating the need to carry a pen and paper to the gym to track your progress. This app contains dozens of popular and frequently used workout routines built-in to save you the hassle of having to bring or create spreadsheets for each workout. This app allows users to log their workouts and also review them at a later date. During a workout, the user may access useful tools such as calculators that help you understand how much weight to distribute on each side of the barbell as well as percentage calculators required for various programs.
