JNote is a perfect app that could help you in organization of these occasions. You can easily make notes and notifications of what should be done. Synchronization with Google maps allows you to put exact location of the event and also allows you to estimate optimal route from your current location. You can also add a drawing if it’s a quick note, or you can add picture to the note, if you need a visual reminder of anything. You can also filter them as urgent, simple, work, event, and reminder.
All the notes are stored in the memory and you can filter them to see how many you have of each type. You also can see all the notes for a particular day. When the note is fulfilled you can then tick it out, and that will eases your life as notes that have been fulfilled or not useful anymore are in separate folder from those that still need attention.
