With the EquipmentCloud® Mobile, users (both manufacturers and factory operators in the field of plant and equipment manufacturing) have a cloud-based mobile app at their fingertips that allows them to work in the field, at the customer site or on service calls in a focused and productive manner. A machine-related overview enables fast and convenient access or retrieval of relevant information and data at any time and from anywhere. This means you always have your digital pioneer, the IIoT platform for service and after-sales in medium-sized mechanical and plant engineering companies, at your fingertips.

Stay up to date: Browse, filter and retrieve master data, journal entries, issues, key figures and documents of your machines and plants at any time and from anywhere. This way you are always informed about changes and can provide the best customer service. Update service processes easily on the road and keep your team up to date.
Synced: Access relevant machine data and information from different end devices. Get a brief overview of important key indicators on your smartphone and deepen your analysis on your laptop. Create a new ticket or journal entry including images with just a few clicks while you are working with your smartphone. Schedule maintenance and inspections cyclically or alarm based and carry them out directly at the customer's site using online checklists. This eliminates the need for double maintenance and your entire team benefits from continuously synchronized information in the web application and in the mobile app.
Secure: All your data, from machine and user data to media, are secured according to the highest security standards and are transmitted via HTTPS end-to-end encryption according to TLS 1.2 / 1.3 standard. The EquipmentCloud® is hosted in the Oracle Cloud in Frankfurt am Main.
Simple and intuitive: While you benefit from a variety of features of the EquipmentCloud® on your mobile device, the focus of the interface and the usability is kept simple and intuitive. This supports you in handling service cases at the customer’s site.

One login and always logged in: Simply log in as usual with your existing user credentials once, no additional PINs or user names are required. With EquipmentCloud® Mobile, you’re always logged in so you don’t miss any updates.
Powerful: Determine yourself how often data will be synchronized, download different document types (.DOC, .PDF, .ZIP etc.) and allow as many users as you like to access the app. The number of machines to be monitored is license-dependent and can be expanded without restriction.
Customer-centric and agile: Similar to the desktop version of the EquipmentCloud®, the mobile app is being developed further in an agile process and therefore customer-centric manner. Continuous and application-related feedback from all users is essential for the expansion of the functionalities and is always welcome.
