FMS mobile App is used by Getronics and GWA field engineers. The engineers can use the App to Assign tickets to themselves, provide ETA for customers, record Arrival time, declare part usage, send eNote to back office staff, send field service report to customers, capture e-signature from customers, obtain ratings & close the tickets. The App supports engineers in online & offline modes.
1. ‘Customer Name’. For HOURS calls, FMS App did not return the ‘Customer Name’.
2. ‘Geocode error’ - HOURS calls that do not have visit address.
3. The map showed the visit location in USA.
4. secure token expired, users were logged out of the App.
5. Additional feature – when INT TYPE=’0J’ is selected, the Solution text will be auto-filled with ‘#JUST GO
