Under the Castle is a dungeon crawl through an ever changing labyrinth overflowing with danger and treasures of immense power!
Explore the depths under the castle in this turn-based roguelike RPG game designed for mobile devices. Create a character from ten fantasy races and numerous backgrounds allowing for hundreds of possible combinations. Games take minutes to play but months to master!
Featuring:
- Roguelike tactical battle engine. Cast spells, throw potions, or turn into a bear.
- Auto-explore, auto-attack, and other modern roguelike game improvements. You can explore manually, if you like, or auto-explore to the next encounter instantly. Blindly rushing into combat tends to result in the untimely death of your character, so beware!
- Hundreds of items. Weapons and armor appear on your character.

Green lizards (Kobolds) now can throw things without crashing the game.

  Awesome roguelike. The auto feature is actually not lazy as some other comments wrongly suggest. That is actually a very normal inclusion of a rogue game where you must explore often. Thank you for creating so many customization options at the start. Does purchasing a class remove the ad necessary to continue? Thanks again for such a great game.

  Inconsistent The game crashes constantly. Seems ok, and yes its early access, but unless it's still a solid year from being done, it has other issues not just being early. Could be fun.

  Great potential! There's a rich, fun and engaging game here. Keep it up! For now, please fix the New Spell choice freeze-up - I just finished the 1st level with a mage and a new spell pending, but when I choose the spell, nothing happens. The only button is to go to main menu and end the game. Fighters are faring better so far (unless they end up getting a spell!) - thanks for the great work. Looking forward to seeing more.

  Great attempt in progress here for an excellent true roguelike. Lots of character options and fantastic graphics and controls. Highly highly recommended if the released version stays on this current trajectory.
