How to solve the puzzle:
(CAUTION!! Don't read the solution below if you want to find it out yourself!)
Most people find it relatively easy to arrange the first 12 tiles. The problem is that the tiles 13-15
are often in the wrong order in the last row. How to solve this? Here is the answer (see also the screenshots):
1) Rotate the seven tiles 9-15 on the rows 3-4 anticlockwise until the tiles 9-12 are all on the two leftmost columns
2) Rotate the three tiles 13-15 until 14 is on the corner and 13 is to the left of 14
3) Rotate the tiles 9-15 on the rows 3-4 clockwise until all the tiles are arranged
