Description of FINAL FANTASY VI

FINAL FANTASY VI -- now on Android!
FINAL FANTASY VI first debuted in 1994 as the sixth installment in the iconic FINAL FANTASY series. Innovations included the ability to play all the main characters as the game's protagonist, and to this day, its epic story intertwining each of their fates is still highly rated and wildly popular. The characters' dramatic performances are also highly rated, including the catastrophe occurring midway through, which delivers a particular emotional jolt to players.
With plenty of abilities available and the magicite system for controlling spells/summoning, players can develop their characters any way they want. This was also the first FINAL FANTASY game to include the Ultima Weapon, the most powerful sword of all and a recurring item in subsequent titles within the series.
Story
The War of Magi left little but ashes and misery in its wake. Even magic itself had vanished from the world. Now, a thousand years later, humankind has remade the world through the power of iron, gunpowder, steam engines, and other machines and technologies.
But there is one who possesses the lost power of magic--a young girl name Terra whom the evil Empire has kept enslaved in an effort to harness her power as weapon. This leads to a fateful meeting between Terra and a young man named Locke. Their harrowing escape from the Empire's clutches sets in motion a series of events that touches countless lives and leads to one inevitable conclusion.

I have loved this game since the Nes days. Now I get to love it all over again. The only thing I would ask is that you throw in the options you have added to the ffix port. Such as lvl 99 max HP mp so on and so forth. Just for those who want to go through the story more than grinding through battles to level. Maybe after you've beat the game once or something

I love this game and things are pretty much the same. Unfortunately there is a glitch at the Opera house and I can't get past the part when you take the roses up the stairs, then it just tells me I did it wrong and sends me back to the beginning. I've tried all sorts of things and there is no way to pass this past. If it's not fixed maybe you could give me the updated 3D version that's coming out at the end of the month. It's not fair that I spent my money and can't play this game !

Really enjoyed this game, the control is a bit hard compared to Dragon Quest 4 - 6 but I managed with it anyway. Too bad SquareEnix will discontinue this version. I think this version is fine compared to old pixel version. I have now completed FF VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, XII and XV. Aiming for III, IV and V.

If I payed 15 dollars for a game I'll no longer be able to download potentially after the pixel remaster comes out and I say .. switch to a new phone imma be extremely mad and demand a refund... If this gets taken from the store we should all get a pixel remaster version of every ff that we already own on the play store for free.. why should we have to buy the same game twice especially if we lose access to the one we already purchased without compensation.. I've purchased final fantasy 2 3 4&6

Square Enix loves screwing over people who buy their games. FFIX doesn't work, and they refuse to update. Now FFVI will soon not work on future consoles because they're rereleasing it.
