Description of Quote Me Storyboards

The Story Behind All This:
Like Wordplay and leisure gaming? Earn word/letter points, received badges, illustrate and share your stories. Whether fact or fiction, every good story takes time, derives from a number of unforeseen obstacles and includes a few friends. Quote Me Storyboards combines all that with competitiveness and creative adaption to produce original entertainment that players may also share on social media. Test the wits of friends and family by sending a new title ready to animate a shared memory or allow the flow of a new storyboard to run wild with alternating spontaneity.
Tips:
If you look online there are several mobile sites that specifically showcase and search for words with a "J" as the 5th letter, an "R" as the 3rd letter, "A" as the 8th letter, etc.
The Right Steps:
- Create sentences that are spelled correctly, includes the fixed yellow boxes in your level, confirm the theme translates between levels and is considered coherent enough to satisfy an opponent. Here a player has the option to use a green bonus box to alter their own fixed yellow boxes.
- Illustrate or upload an image to represent the chosen text.
- Write a word (6 letters or less) the opponent must use on their next level and before hitting send, a player has the option to send a blue force box along with their submission.
- After a player has completed their level, an opponent will receive a notification. After notification a player will click on the menu bar and tap “Storyboard Progress” to see what the opposing player has submitted. This tool will be useful in continuing the flow or theme of the storyboard as seen fit by both players.
Straight to the Points:
- Each player will have 10 levels. These 20 levels will result in a combined 20 page storyboard which players may post to social media.
- A player must attempt to write coherent sentences which utilize fixated yellow boxes worth points. Spaces may be skipped if a player deems it necessary, but any single blank character space is potentially worth 1 point if filled with either a letter or space between words in addition to the increasing number of yellow boxes.
- Blue double word point boxes doubles the points of any word containing this blue box (use larger words) and purple double letter point boxes doubles the points of any single letter score (letters worth greater points).
- The green mystery box contains an unseen vowel and if a player just so happens to apply a letter which matches this element, the player will receive 25 additional points.
A Few Rules:
1. Your the boss! If your opponent is obviously not making an honest attempt to string together words to create point earning sentences, quit the game and find yourself a more creative opponent to make storyboards with. All players must remember several badges cannot be earned unless storyboards are completed.
2. Go with the flow! Your bonus boxes assist you with your own boards and force boxes send your opponent obstacles they must add to their boards. Keep in mind that character spaces that go unused (not used for either letters or spaces separating words) will result in zero points.
3. In the name of fun vs limitation, accurate sentence structures are not enforced and as such are loosely based on the obvious intellectual honor code. On the other hand, spell-check will render a player unable to submit and proceed to the next level until spelling is corrected.
