This mini-plan is suitable for both men and women which can help you lose weight and gain muscle mass without going to gym. It’s good for your cardio health too. This type of workout does not required special gym requirement. Make sure you drink lots of water and find a proper time to exercise on a daily basis (at least 8 – 10 glasses of water per day).
