Recent studies show that more progress can be achieved with 4-15 minutes of interval training high intensity (HIIT) that aerobic as running on the treadmill for an hour. These short, intense workouts always improve athletic ability and fat burning.
You can train abs in classic mode or High Intensity Interval (HIIT). There are many types of workouts HIIT.Three options are provided:
-Tabata: Four exercises working during 20 seconds, resting 10 seconds in two rounds. Total time 4 minutes
-HIIT 30/10: exercises, working during 30 seconds, resting 10 in two rounds, making a total of four minutes.
-AMRAP: Three exercises of 30 seconds without rest in between in two rounds. Three minutes in total.
Predefined routines are included. You can train with them or modify them to include agreat variety of exercises or shorten or lengthen training time or number of series. Or, if you prefer, create and save entirely new ones.
