Beep has come up with a robust and user-friendly traveling app, chiefly for the travel desk of premium hotels that provide auxiliary services to their visitors. The key objective of the app is to facilitate tenant (owner of the travel agency) to align number of cars and drivers to make the travel stress-free and enjoyable for the driver, travel agency and the customer.
Beep Driver app has been created to assist drivers during their trip across India to keep a tap on the expenses and provides extensive information about the trip to the driver, thereby enabling him to manage the trip details assigned to him in a clear and concise manner.
It aids in keeping a tap at the expenses incurred during the trip by the driver and manage the trip details in a clear and concise manner. The app assists the drivers in managing the trips, including viewing the trips, switching to another trip, seeing the current trip and seeing a specific trip from the trip list.
• Features Of The App
• Registration Of The App
It is extremely easy to register in the app by providing your car number and password. You need to provide IMEI number of your device. Once that is confirmed, you will be sent an OTP to confirm the registration. Then, your profile would be created on the app which will assist you sign in and sign out of the application.
• View Trips
You would be able to see the client name, contact number, booking date, pick up time, start point, end point, car name, car no. and car type, whenever you click on the “View Trips” tab. You will be able to view current, past and upcoming trips assigned. If there are no trips, you will get the caption “No trips assigned”.
• Start Trip
You will have to click on Start button under the “View Trips” tab where you will need to enter the start km.
• Add Expenses
The driver would be able to add expenses like fuel charges, parking charges etc. and view them for all trips under the “Expenses” tab. There are two types of expenses that can be added: Fuel expenses and other expenses.
• End Trip
When the journey ends you need to click on “End Trip”. You will then see three different blank lines. You then need to enter end km, toll-tax expenses and parking expenses in the blank spaces. Then click on submit button.
• Integration Of Google Map In The App
Once the app has been downloaded and you have registered with the app, automatically Google Map feature would be enabled which would ease of the traveling experience.
• Request Cancel Trip
You would be able to cancel the trip by going to the “Cancel” tab and select the particular trip and click on “Cancel booking”. Once that has been done, a confirmation notification would be reflected on the screen. Once you ok that a request would be sent to cancel the trip.
