For others it is reaching the top of their chosen profession or having a successful personal life, yet for some its nothing but fame and fortune! There is not just one “formula to success”, there are many different factors and variables in a person’s life that determine their characteristic traits, which translate into success in specific areas of their life.
This application helps you to self assess your strengths and weaknesses in achieving success in a specific area of your life, because it is you who knows yourself best.
 Think of an aspect of your life where you feel you’re not quite achieving the success you
deserve. For example: personal life/professional life/student life.
 What does success mean to you?
In each of the following questions,
 select “yes” to which ever statement you most likely agree with or find applicable to you.
 select “no” to which ever statement you most likely disagree with or find not applicable
to you.
