Township Complaint Management

Township Maintenance application is made for employee and their families who reside in the Essar Nandniketan township, EPMPL.
In order to cater to all complaints related to the company-provided accommodations and to provide hassle-free service on a fingertip, decided to develop mobile App.
This Mobile App provided following user-friendly interface to the employee (User of this App)
·   Log Complaints (Category Wise)
·   Track complaints
·   View complaint status
·   Get Notification over email
·   Close or Re-Open complaints with the remark
These complaint request also be monitored on a mobile app by Attendee (the person who is allocated to resolve an issue in a particular category)
Attendee has following user-friendly interface to track and resolve complaints
·   Get instant notification over email with detail description and address
·   Provision to Accept or Forward request to another category
·   Facility to call the user by their contact details
·   Can update and resolve complaint status with the remark
Along with Mobile App to support backend activities Web interface has been provided for Township admin department, who can
·   Maintain accommodations (Building No, Block No, and Room No)
·   Create and maintain categories
·   Assign attendees to categories
·   Allocate and release accommodations
·   View, filter and search complaint list
·   Download complaint list
·   Download accommodation list
