Bonvoice Smart Dialer is a solution that helps the business to connect with their leads without any dedicated customer care. Their sales group can contact their hot leads during their free time and at the same time, it will also secure your leads by masking it with extensions. It helps business to connect with a large number of customers. Each agent will get an unique credential for mobile application and this will help them to select the exact customer.
Manager can upload an excel sheet which includes customers details and contact number. “Smart Dialer” will activate the link between an extension and contact number. Then the agent will be able to connect to the customer by using call button in the app. At the same time, customers number will be masked from the sales group.
Bonvoice will provide a web application for managing users and customer leads with multi-level user management. Manager will be able to assign separate list of leads to each agent. The agent will only get the extension number and basic details of the customer. Mobile number of the customer will be secured.
