Description of VISTALIZER for Enterprises 3.1

The App provides required knowledge and skills to improve the improvement efficiency of the target audience in a cost-effective and timely manner.
In real-life it is often not possible to allocate annually more than 4% of the working time to improvement efforts, including the required planning, the needed improvement education and training, the implementation and follow-up. In many cases, most of this time limit is already consumed in the planning phase. Much is planned, but little is really achieved. Sounds familiar?
Also, to achieve sustainable and larger improvement benefits it is beneficial that at least 40% of the employees understand in practice the improvement philosophy, approaches and tools, despite ever changing circumstances, higher ambition levels, and different learners' profiles. This calls for modern approaches to streamline and customize the improvement process itself. This includes also the way how to update and maintain the improvement knowledge and skills of the employees and thus reach and improve the set ambition levels of an organization. In the end, what counts are both the absolute and relative improvement performance of your organization. Improving your absolute performance level regarding time, quality and costs does not necessarily imply that your relative performance has improved.
To achieve the goal related to process improvement education and training, the App makes it possible to take different learning paths according to the profile of the learner, besides using the App without any dedicated curriculum:
1) The organizational level of the learner(s): employee, manager or executive/director; and
2) Current improvement knowledge level: low, medium, high; and
3) Resistance to learning or change: low, medium or high; and
4) Preferred learning logic: chronological (linear learning), intuition (non-linear learning) or in team or group; and
5) Learning quality assurance level: light, medium or high.
The App can either be used as a short-term or long-term solution to increase and sustain the improvement understanding and capabilities of the target audience. It is applicable in all industries and educational organizations providing courses in process improvement and management of organizational change.
From a conceptual perspective the App provides an organization with a competitive way of managing different and individual learning needs and profiles to reach the organization's overall ambition objectives.
For internal or external consultants/educators/trainers/coaches the App provides an attractive platform for organizing seminars and workshops as e.g. the storytelling feature makes it possible to customize the contents of the session to fit the purpose and specific situation of the target audience.
The App complies with the performance requirements of high-performance process improvement as outlined in the book "High-Performance Process Improvement".

Auto-Renewable Subscription / General Terms
You may purchase an auto-renewing subscription through an In-App Purchase.
• 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months duration.
• The payment (your subscription) will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew (at the duration selected) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• The current subscription may not be cancelled during the active subscription period; however, you can manage your subscription and/or turn off auto-renewal by visiting your Google Play Account Settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of the free initial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
