    So far so good. Could use more KPIs and loggin what was completed but nice GUI!....... Edit - 45 day update - i just did 100 pushups in 1 session OMG. I expected this by 3 months, good system. I go every other day and have only skipped 2 go days because i surfed instead.

    I end my workout with push ups and this is a great program for it. This app gives a motivational quotes then prompts you with what you have to complete. The routine is set up for strength and power with a rest time of 2mins between sets. If your goal is to do 50 push ups without rest I urge you to try this program.

    Definitely works for sure. Saw improvement within a couple of weeks. It just gets more challenging and I love that about it. Excellent job coders and thinkers!

    This is a great app. It's very simple. I actually started it and returned to it after trying it for 2 days. Second time around I allowed the notifications to remind me to do my push ups every day. Just let the app boost your own personal motivation, give you a simple routine and you're set.

    Great encouraging app, only critique is the dramatic jump in reps from one day to the next... it would be great to make it more realistic and a gradual push in rep calculations. Great app though, it really pushes you!

    App is good for 1st 2 weeks. But going to week 3, the jump in Push-ups is a lot. I want to repeat that session but can't. I'll have to do it outside the app or reset everything. It would be good go be able to repeat a session or go back to a specific session.
